2017: Spent 10 days in Germany as a part of the University’s world-renowned W’International program…

2016: Cardell Rawlings saw action in 11 of 11 games…Recorded 20 total tackles (7 solo, 13 assists) on the year…Snagged a fumble recovery in Wingate’s season-opening victory over Johnson C. Smith…Recorded a career-high five tackles against Catawba…Posted tackles for losses against Catawba and Limestone…Credited with two quarterback hurries in Lenoir-Rhyne triumph…Had two tackles each in four games…

2015: Rawlings posted playing time in 11 of 11 games…Finished the year with a total of 11 tackles (two solo, nine assists) as well as one quarterback hurry…Two tackles each against Tusculum, Lenoir-Rhyne, Mars Hill and Newberry…Recorded the QB hurry in the Newberry contest…

Personal: Cardell Rawlings was a two-year starter at linebacker for Cleveland High School head coach Marc Morris. He was the only returning starter on the defense in 2013. Rawlings was defensive team captain in both his junior and senior seasons. He finished a five-game senior season (due to injury) with 70 tackles, garnering all-conference honors in the process. Cardell is the son of Ernest Rawlings. His guardian is Grace Williams.
