2009: During her junior season in 2009, Alicia Harbold completed her best run of the year at the SAC Championship meet, running the 5K course in 21:02 and earning All-Conference laurels.

2008: As a sophomore, Alicia Harbold ran a season best 5K of 20:53 at the Wake Forest Relays. She finished 25th overall at the Food Lion SAC championships, running a 5K time of 21:25.

2007: The Ephrata, Penn. native ran a 20:37 during the SAC championships her freshman season, leading Wingate to the conference title and earning herself an all-SAC second-team selection. Harbold also finished eighth at the Erskine Invitational with a 5K time of 21:36.

High School: Alicia Harbold was a cross country and track & field star at Ephrata High School. She was the captain of both teams, and was the MVP of her cross country team her last three years. She was the league medalist her last three years as well, and was also a district and state qualifier. Alicia is the daughter of Craig and Cyndee Harbold.
