Biography
2008-09: Emily Parrish saw time in 22 games during her sophomore campaign. She averaged 0.9 points per game, 0.6 rebounds per game and 0.5 assists per game. Parrish hit five three-pointers last year, including two against Carson-Newman Jan. 14. She achieved her season high six points in the same contest. Parrish possessed a 1.7 assist-to-turnover ratio last year. She played a season-high 14 minutes against LMU (Jan. 31).
2007-08: Parrish appeared in 13 games her freshman season with the Bulldogs, averaging .5 points and .4 assists per game. Parrish had two points and an assist against Erskine. She had five points, a rebound and an assist at Brevard. Parrish dished out two assists in Wingate’s home victory over Brevard.
High School: Parrish was a member of the basketball and softball team at Rosman High School. She was the captain of the basketball team, where she was also the team MVP her junior and senior year. She was a three-time all-conference performer, while being named conference Player of the Year her junior and senior year. Parrish led the team in points and assists, while leading them to three conference titles and two sectional championships. She was born on August 22, 1989, Emily is the daughter of Tom and Cathy Parrish. She is an Art major.
