2014: Alexis Burrell started 56 games during her junior season at Wingate, hitting .288 with six homers, 12 doubles, a triple and 32 RBI, scoring 25 runs…Had a homer and four RBI against Pfeiffer…Went three-for-four with two doubles, two RBI and two runs scored in North Georgia win…Followed with a homer and two RBI against UNC Pembroke…Had two RBI and a run scored in Tusculum win…Had four hits including a homer in doubleheader sweep at Queens, driving in two and scoring two…Went three-for-four with a double and two RBI in SAC Tournament win against Brevard…In back-to-back SAC Tourney elimination games against Catawba and Carson-Newman she went four-for-six with two doubles, two RBI and two runs scored. 

2013: Started all 56 games during her sophomore season, hitting .307…Led team with 10 homers, 11 doubles, four triples and 37 RBI…Piled up a team-best 99 total bases while scoring 32 runs…Opened the season by going six-for-seven in Chowan doubleheader with two homers, five RBI and three runs scored…Went four-for-four with a homer, two doubles, three RBI and three runs scored against Erskine…Had a double, three RBI and a run scored against Queens, followed by a two-homer, five RBI effort against Pfeiffer…Went three-for-four with two doubles and three RBI against LMU…Had a homer and two RBI at Lenoir-Rhyne…Had a double and a homer against Carson-Newman…Had a double, triple, three RBI and two runs scored at Limestone.

2012: Started all 50 games during her freshman season, hitting .260…Finished second on the team with five homers and three triples, third with nine doubles and 26 RBI…Led the team with 31 runs scored, ranked second with 74 total bases…Went three-for-four with a  triple and three RBI in her first collegiate game…Had a homer and five RBI at Mount Olive…Went two-for-four with a homer and two RBI against Queens…Had a double, triple and two runs scored against Belmont Abbey…Was two-for-two with two doubles, an RBI and three runs scored against Newberry…Went three-for-five with a double, homer, four RBI and two runs scored against Anderson…Had a homer and two RBI against Tusculum.

Personal: Captain of the Great Bridge High School softball and volleyball teams as a senior…First team all-conference, all-district and all-region as a senior…Led her team to a state title in her sophomore year…Also an all-district volleyball player, leading the team to a pair of district titles…
