2012: Blake Parsley had a team-best 1.69 ERA during his junior season at Wingate, striking out 19 in 21 1/3 innings of work while going 1-1 on the season. Parsley made 19 appearances out of the Wingate bullpen. In his first outing of the year, Parsley went 3 2/3 innings against top-ranked Mount Olive without allowing an earned run, striking out three. He got the win in Wingate’s 14 inning victory at Newberry, tossing 2 2/3 scoreless innings while striking out three. In consecutive outings against Anderson, Brevard and Tusculum Parsley went eight innings without allowing a run, striking out six while allowing just six hits. 

2011: Parsley red-shirted during the 2011 season.

2010: Parsley appeared in seven games out of the Wingate bullpen in 2010, going 1-0 on the season. He pitched two scoreless innings against Mount Olive. Parsley struck out a season-high three in 2 2/3 innings of work against Erskine. He got the win in the 11-7 victory over Lander, pitching three innings, while striking out three.

2009: Parsley made nine appearances last season for the Bulldogs only tallying three walks over that span. Two of his games were against conference opponents Catawba and Brevard.

Personal: Blake is the son of Mark and Tawney Parsley.
