Personal: Alex Burch was a four-year member of the SCHS varsity soccer team while also doubling as varsity football place kicker for three years. His football coach at South Caldwell was Butch Carter. As a junior, he received South Caldwell soccer’s Offensive Player of the Year and honorable mention all-conference as well as Freedom Invitational Tourney MVP. Burch was the soccer team captain his junior and senior year as well as leading goal scorer his junior year. Alex is the son of Robert and Crystal Burch.
