Personal: Duncan was a three-sport standout at Lincolnton High School. In football, he was a two-time all-conference performer for LHS head coach Scott Cloninger. The Wolves won the regional championship his senior year as Duncan served as team captain. He led the Lincolnton team with 122 tackles his junior year. In wrestling, Duncan earned all-conference honors his senior year while filling a team captain’s role. He also played baseball at Lincolnton. A member of the LHS Beta Club, Austin is the son of Greg and Karen Duncan.
