Glenn Reese works with the special teams and the running backs for the Wingate football program. Most recently, Reese spent three years on the football coaching staff at Calvary Christian School in Columbus, Ga.
While at Calvary Christian, Reese was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for one season. He spent two seasons as the running backs and strong safeties coach. Reese was also the assistant boys’ basketball coach at Calvary Christian for one year. Prior to his time at CCS, Reese served one year as running backs coach and assistant boys’ basketball coach at Brookstone School in Columbus.
On the University scene, Reese spent two years at Rhodes College (Memphis, Tenn.) as running backs coach and run game coordinator. He helped the Rhodes running backs rush for 1243 net yards in 2012. Reese also organized the football equipment room and helped coach track and field.
Reese served two years at Lincoln University of Missouri (Jefferson City, Mo.) as the running backs coach and video coordinator. He played in role in Lincoln’s special teams work as well. Reese also spent two years at Washington University in St. Louis (running backs/wide receivers coach) and one year at Blackburn (Ill.) College (defensive backs/special teams coach).
Reese played two seasons at Mississippi State University for head coach Jackie Sherrill. He received his bachelor of fine arts degree (graphic design/multimedia) from Mississippi State and his master of science degree (sports coaching) from the United States Sports Academy.
