Personal: Jared Cox was a member of the football, baseball and basketball teams at West Carteret. In football, he played safety, cornerback, linebacker, running back and wide receiver. As a senior, Cox earned a spot on the honorable mention all-conference team. He was West Carteret’s Linebacker of the Year. In addition, Cox received two Player of the Game awards. Jared is the son of James and Pollyanna Cox.
