Personal: Johnathon Black was a four-year starter and letterman for West Carteret head coach Todd Nelson. Black received the most improved award as sophomore, then earned best offensive lineman award as a junior. Black helped lead the Patriots to a 9-3 mark while earning a spot on the 3A Coastal All-Conference team at offensive line his senior year. He was also an All-State selection following the 2014 season. Johnathon is the son of John and Janie Black.
