Biography

Kyle Davis is the most reliable long snapper in the South Atlantic Conference; the Anson High product did not have a bad snap in 2008. He earned pre-season All-SAC honors for the second year in a row during the summer of 2009. He had five special team tackles during his junior year, after posting three tackles the previous season. He did not record a bad snap in 2007. Davis is a member of the SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. A nominee for the Wendy’s High School Heisman Award, Davis played three sports (football, wrestling, baseball) at Anson. His football coach was Jody Grooms. The AHS Bearcats won the conference wrestling title as Davis was named All-League. He was also a two-time captain in wrestling. Davis has seven siblings (two brothers, five sisters). He is the son of Jeff and Lisa Davis.
