Biography

Owo Mobio made an immediate impact in his first Bulldog season, filling valuable roles in 10 contests during the 2010 SAC championship campaign. He had two tackles each in victories over UNC Pembroke (Sept. 18, 2010) and Tusculum (Oct. 16, 2010). Prior to joining the Wingate family, Mobio started for San Mateo Junior College in the California state championship game. At Mt. Diablo High School, he was first team All-Diablo Valley Conference in football. Mobio was a four-sport athlete at Mt. Diablo, lettering in football, volleyball, basketball and track. Owo is the son of Konakou and Kaman Brou.
