2013: Used a redshirt season for the Bulldogs...

Personal: Dilworth was a four-year letter winner for head coach Blair Hardin at Porter Ridge High. Dilworth played in back-to-back state championship games as a junior and a senior. He finished his Pirate career with 165 tackles, 16 sacks and two interceptions. A three-time all-conference and two-time all-county and all-region selection, Dilworth also excelled in the PRHS classroom. He was a member of the National Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars. Ryan is the son of Trent and Barbara Dilworth.
