Biography

2010: In his third Wingate season, Poole started in 18 of 18 games. He added an assist in the 3-1 win against Belmont Abbey. Poole helped the Bulldogs earn their second consecutive berth in the NCAA Division II play-offs.

2009: In his second year for the Bulldogs, Poole appeared in 16 games and started 14. He scored one goal and added two assists for the season. He was also named to the All-SAC first team.

2008: A second team All-SAC performer, Thomas Poole notched a goal and an assist in his first season with the Bulldogs. Thanks to the efforts of Poole and his defensive teammates, Wingate allowed only 1.76 goals per contest in 2008.

High School: Poole was the team captain at Comers School, where he also played golf and tennis. Born November 2, 1989, Tom is the son of Robert Poole and Carole Harrison. He is a sports management major.
