2008-09: As the reigning Male Athlete of the Year for Wingate University and a Bulldog team captain, Mason Norman will be hard pressed to have a better year. With seven All-American honors and a conference title, Norman hopes his senior year ends with a national title in Canton, Ohio. Norman was second in the 100 Free and fifth in the 50 Free at the 2009 NCAA Championships.

2007-08: Norman was a five time All-American in his second year with the Bulldogs. He also claimed four conference titles, winning the 50 yard freestyle at the BGMC Championships with a time of 20.50 and the 100 freestyle at 44.62. Norman led the 400 medley relay team and the 400 freestyle relay team to the title at the BGMC Meet.

2006-07: Norman was an all-conference performer in the 50 and 100 Free, 200 Free relay, 400 Medley relay and 400 Free relay. The 400 Medley relay team won the conference championship. Norman was an All-American in the 200 and 400 Free relay , as well as the 200 and 400 Medley relay.

HIGH SCHOOL: Norman was a member of the swimming, football and cross country teams at Duluth High School. Norman was All-State in swimming for two seasons and a captain for his senior campaign. Mason is the son of Roger and Pam Norman.
