2018-19 (JUNIOR)
- Competed in two events at the Royal Open: 50-yard freestyle (fifth, 20.93) and 100-yard freestyle (eighth, 46.77)Â
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE)
- Swam career-best times in the 50 Freestyle (21.15) and the 200 Freestyle (1:41.63) at the Royal Open
- Posted Bluegrass Mountain Conference times in the 50 Freestyle (21.19), the 100 Freestyle (46.77) and the 200 Freestyle (1:43.15) as the Bulldogs claimed second place
- Recorded a time of 52.48 in the 100 Backstroke at the BMC event
- Swam times of 21.67 (50 Freestyle) and 48.21 (100 Freestyle) at the SCAD Savannah Invitational
- Posted a 200 Freestyle time of 1:50.00 at the Emory meet
2016-17 (FRESHMAN)
- Participated in three events in the 2017 Bluegrass Mountain Conference championship meet in Charlotte
- Competed in the 50 Freestyle (21.11), the 100 Freestyle (47.24) and the 100 Backstroke (52.76)
- Capote and his teammates finished second in the 2017 BMC championship meet
