- Went 11-8 in singles play during his freshman season

- Went 6-4 at #3 singles, adding three wins at #2 singles and two wins at #4 singles
- Compiled a 15-9 record in doubles play, going 7-3 in league play
- Won 14 matches at #3 doubles and went 1-0 at #2 doubles
- Picked up a 6-3, 7-6 win at #4 singles in the win over Division I foe Radford
- Won 6-1, 6-2 at #3 singles against #46 Coker
- Won 6-3, 6-4 at #2 singles against #44 LMU
