2018-19 (JUNIOR)
- Finished fifth in the SAC Outdoor meet 3000 Steeplechase with his time of 9:58.68
- Ran a career-best 1500 at the LRU Classic with a time of 4:15.40
- Indoors, ran a career-best 3000 meters at the JDL Early Bird Duals (9:22.40)
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE)
- Made All-SAC team in the 3000 Steeplechase with his third-place finish (9:56.92)
- Ran a 15:55.18 in the 5000 meters at the same SAC event
- Both his 3000 Steeplechase and his 5000 meters times were career-best marks
2016-17 (FRESHMAN)
- Ran a career-best 800 meters at the Charlotte 49er Classic with a time of 2:01.67
- At his first SAC Outdoor meet, posted a 1500 meters time of 4:16.20 (10th place)
- Indoors, recorded a career-best mile time of 4:37.71 at the Camel City Invitational
- Helped WU finish third in the DMR at the UNCG Dual Meet Madness (11:11.90)
