2008: Jamie Millen batted .281 with 31 RBI (a team-best) and five home runs during 2008. The Monroe, N.C. native had eight multi-RBI games, including a 2-for-4 with one run and 4 RBI performance against Lincoln Memorial on March 21st. Millen drew 23 walks on the season, second-best on the team.

2007: Jamie Millen hit .211 in 13 games for the Bulldogs in 2007. She started seven contests. She had four hits, four runs and one RBI.

2006: Millen batted .400 in her freshman season. She hit a grand slam home run in a 16-0 regional victory at USC Aiken on March 8. The blast was her first career home run as a Bulldog.

PERSONAL: Jamie is the daughter of Larry and Tina Millen. Millen joined the Bulldogs after a stellar career at Piedmont High School. She led the Panthers in batting average as a junior and a senior. Millen shared the South Piedmont (3A) Conference lead in home runs her senior season.

In softball, she was All-Conference two years and All-County one year. She served as captain of both the Piedmont softball and volleyball teams her senior season. Millen won Piedmont’s team offensive award as a junior and a senior. She snagged the team’s best defense award her freshman season. In volleyball, she won the coaches award as a freshman and the hustle award the other three seasons. She is majoring in Communications.
