2015-16: Amber Neely played in 21 games…started final 14 games of the season…averaged 5.1 points per game, 3.7 rebounds per game and a team-best 3.5 assists per game…five double-digit scoring games with a season-high output of 14 at Catawba (Jan. 13)…season-high nine rebounds in a home victory over Lincoln Memorial (Feb. 6)…
 
2014-15: Neely appeared in only two games as a sophomore…led team in scoring average with her 13.5 points per game…averaged three steals, six rebounds and four assists in two games against Clayton State (Nov. 14) and Columbus State (Nov. 15)…

2013-14: Neely started 29 of 29 games…averaged 8.2 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game…led ‘Dogs with 126 assists…scored game-winning leaner in OT against Coker (Feb. 19)…posted 24 points in NCAA tournament contest versus Belmont Abbey (March 14)…SAC career-high 19 points at Lenoir-Rhyne (Jan. 8)…In second game in blue-and-gold, recorded 15 points in road victory at Lander (Nov. 16)…Nine double-figure scoring games…

Prior to Wingate: Neely joined the Bulldog family as a transfer from North Carolina Central University...As a freshman for the NCCU Eagles, Neely averaged 6.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.6 steals and a team-leading 1.4 assists per contest...She led the NCCU Eagles in scoring and posted her first collegiate double-double in a contest against Gardner-Webb...For her efforts, Neely was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week for the second time...She earned a spot on the MEAC All-Rookie team at the end of the year...
 
In her four years at Mallard Creek High School, Neely averaged 15 points, six rebounds, six assists and three steals...In her senior season, she led the Mavericks to a 26-5 record while also helping the team reach the state semi-finals...Neely earned all-conference and all-region honors following her senior season...She was an all-area pick from the Charlotte Observer...The maxpreps.com web site ranked her as the 15th best prospect in N.C. women’s basketball following her senior year...Neely is the daughter of Tommie and Shameka Neely...
