Prior to Wingate: Briana Pressley and her Cardinal teammates helped Union Academy and head coach (and WU women's basketball alumnus) Crystal Trull soar to an impressive 24-3 record for the 2017-18 season, including both regular season and conference tournament titles...These two feats made program history in addition to UA's third round appearance in the N.C. 1A state playoffs...As a UA graduate, Pressley leaves her mark as the all-time leading scorer and first-ever student-athlete to reach the 1,000-point club milestone...Tallied a total of 1,259 points over her career, averaging 17.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists her senior season...Notched all-conference honors four of four years and earned PAC 7 conference Player of the Year along with the three consecutive Team MVP selections and first team All-Union County Hoops...In addition to four straight Honor Roll selections, Pressley also earned recognition for her involvement in the community...Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes...Brianna is the daughter of Diana Pressley. She has one brother and one sister.
