2012-13: Bonner started 29 of 29 games, posting an average of 6.8 points per game...She shared the team lead (with Sarah Wollett) in three-pointers made with 49...Bonner’s 73 assists were second on the team charts to Wollett’s 117...She had two games with her season-high 17 points: Salem (Jan. 2) and Lincoln Memorial (Feb. 27)...Bonner was a member of the SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll...

2011-12: Bonner saw time in 31 of Wingate’s 32 games as a freshman...She averaged 2.5 points per game and 0.9 assists per game...Bonner started four games (Erskine, Mars Hill, Anderson and Carson-Newman); the Bulldogs won three of four...In her first collegiate appearance, Bonner scored 10 points (on four-of-six shooting) against Winston-Salem State...She had six points (in 12 minutes) against Lander in the regional final...Bonner dished out four assists three times (UNC Pembroke, Tusculum, Brevard); Wingate won two of three...Bonner was a member of the SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll...

Prior to Wingate: Kelli Bonner was named the Mountain Valley Athletic Conference Player of the Year following her senior season at Starmount...She is Starmount’s all-time leading scorer, breaking the record held by former Wingate standout Michelle Groce...A three-time team MVP for the Rams, Bonner was All-District, All-MVAC, All-MVAC tournament team and Mary Garber All-Tournament team multiple times during her career...Her basketball coach at Starmount was Kyle Hutchens...

The SASI Athlete of the Year at Starmount, Bonner also lettered in tennis and track and field...Kelli is the daughter of Mark and Jan Bonner...Her dad played baseball at Troy, her brother played basketball at Guilford and her sister played volleyball at Catawba...
