2016-17: Taziya Moody saw action in 17 games during her junior season…averaged 1.8 points per game, 1.0 rebounds per game and 0.6 assists per game…hit two-of-three three-point field goals with successful triples in victories over Tusculum and Mars Hill…recorded a season-high nine points on three-of-five shooting in a home triumph over Mars Hill…had five points each in November games against Clayton State and Tusculum…pulled down a junior year-best five rebounds in season-opening triumph at Armstrong…
 
2015-16: Moody played in 24 games as a sophomore…averaged 3.5 points per game, 1.8 rebounds per game and 1.0 assists per game…converted 74.5 percent of her free throw attempts (41-of-55)…posted career-high 13 points in SAC home victory over Mars Hill…grabbed career-high eight rebounds in win over Brevard…scored five points, secured seven rebounds and dished out team-high five assists in NCAA regional tournament game versus nationally-ranked Columbus State…

Prior to Wingate: Taziya Moody joined the Bulldog family as a transfer from Caldwell Community College, where she played basketball for head coach Isaiah Williams…She played her senior prep season at Irmo High School for head coach Monica Williams…The point guard and team captain earned numerous honors, including team MVP, defensive MVP, first team all-region, first team all-conference, North-South All-Star, all-state and U.S. Marines Athlete of the Year...Moody helped Irmo win the Region 4A championship as the team advanced to the third round of the state play-offs…
