2016: Brooke Banner did not play, utilizing a redshirt season due to injury…

High School: Brooke Banner played lacrosse and basketball and ran cross country at Trinity Catholic High School in Ocala, Fla. Banner lettered twice in lacrosse at the midfield position for head coach Kyle Strausser. As a senior, she scored 32 goals with 39 points, 53 draw controls, 15 caused turnovers and seven interceptions. Banner served as a co-captain during her senior season. During her junior season, she had 16 goals, 13 assists, 54 groundballs and 38 draw controls.
 
Academic Achievements: Banner won the Physical Education Award at Trinity Catholic in 2012.

Why Banner chose Wingate: “When I visited Wingate I felt at home. I also wanted to be able to play lacrosse and focus on becoming a nurse. Wingate was a perfect fit for me.”
