Wingate University Athletics

High School: Jenna Griffith played lacrosse at East Ridge High School in Woodbury, Minn. and club lacrosse for Minnesota Elite. She led her team in goals and points each season, finishing with 139 goals in three years. Griffith finished her senior year with 69 points (51 goals and 18 assists) and helped lead her team to a conference championship and a second place finish in the state section tournament. As a junior, Griffith had 58 goals which placed her among the top 10 scorers in the state.  

Griffith was awarded all-conference honors in 2012, 2013 and 2014. She also played ice hockey in high school. Her dad (Tom) played ice hockey at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He was captain of the 1988 National Championship team. Her sister (Kayla) plays ice hockey at Lake Forest College.
