2017: Hanna Knaley appeared in 16 matches during her sophomore season at Wingate, making one start…Registered eight kills on the season, hitting .167 while adding 11 digs, two aces and an assist…Had three kills in five swings against Winston-Salem State in one set of action, hitting .600…Registered three kills and four digs in her start against UNC Pembroke, adding an ace.

2016: Knaley red-shirted during the 2016 season…She will be a redshirt freshman during the 2017 season.

Previous: Knaley has been a key attacker for the nationally-ranked Notre Dame Academy team...As a club player, she was a captain for Northern Kentucky Volleyball Club and was named a 2015 AAU Academic All-American...Was selected to the USA National High Performance A1 team that competed in the HP Championships in 2012 and 2013...Was named to the 2014 AVCA Phenom list...Also competed for her high school in archery...National Honor student and plans to pursue a major in Biology and Chemistry, with interests in criminal Justice as well.

"I chose Wingate University because of their strong academics, highly competitive volleyball program, and the beautiful campus.  Wingate had the major and minor that I was interested in studying.  The volleyball program at Wingate is very successful, has great coaches who are caring and knowledgeable, and has many competitive players on the roster who push me to become a better player.   I felt like I was part of the Bulldog family from day one."
