2015: Naomi Matley appeared in all 20 games during her junior season at Wingate, making a pair of starts for the Bulldogs…Logged nearly 500 minutes of playing time, notching a goal and an assist on the year while taking 10 shots…Had an assist in the season-opening 3-2 win at Lander…Scored the game-winner in the 2-0 victory against USC Aiken.

2014: Matley earned honorable mention All-SAC honors during her sophomore season at Wingate…Appeared in 20 games, starting 19 matches…Led the conference with six assists…Had one assist in 7-0 Mount Olive win, while handing out a pair of assists in 4-0 victory at Mars Hill…Added an assist in Brevard win, while notching two assists in 3-0 victory against Lincoln Memorial. 

2013: Matley appeared in all 23 matches during her freshman year at Wingate, starting 18 matches...Had two goals and two assists on the season...Notched an assist in 3-0 win over Catawba and 5-0 win at Coker...Scored her first collegiate goal in 3-0 win against Brevard...Netted a goal in 2-0 win against Newberry...Converted the clinching penalty kick against Columbus State in the NCAA Tournament that sent the Bulldogs to the regional title match.

Personal: Matley was a team captain and defensive MVP at Clover High School. She earned All-Region honors during her last three years while leading the team in assists. She helped lead Clover to multiple regional titles. Matley was also named the MVP for her ECNL Club Team.
