2018-19 (SENIOR)
- Earned first team All-American honors in the 800 Freestyle Relay
- Van Horen and three teammates swam a 7:21.71 to finish fourth in the NCAA championship final
- Swam 100 Freestyle (51.92) and 200 Freestyle (1:51.25) at the NCAA championships
- First team All-BMC in three events
- Earned BMC silver medals in the 800 Freestyle Relay (7:24.27) and the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:25.11)
- Claimed a BMC bronze medal in the 200 Freestyle (1:51.00)
- Received CSCAA Scholar All-American honors for her achievements in the classroom and the pool
2017-18 (JUNIOR)
- Van Horen and three teammates defended their NCAA Division II national championship in the 800 Freestyle Relay
- Bulldogs posted a finals time of 7:17.80 to take the gold medal
- Two All-American swims (800 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay)
- Four All-Bluegrass Mountain Conference swims
- Recorded All-BMC times in the 1000 Freestyle (10:32.35), the 800 Freestyle Relay (7:24.18), the 500 Freestyle (5:04.14), the 200 Freestyle (1:52.24) and the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:23.67)
- Bulldogs were second in the both of Van Horen’s relays at the 2018 BMC event
2016-17 (SOPHOMORE)
- Van Horen won her first NCAA Division II national championship in Birmingham
- Touched first in the 800 Freestyle Relay with a triumphant time of 7:16.37
- Swam the first leg on the 800 Freestyle Relay, recording a time of 1:49.61 for her 200 meters
- Guided Wingate to a silver-medal finish in the NCAA 400 Freestyle Relay (3:20.77)
- Three total 2017 All-American laurels
- Claimed sixth in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:33.35)
- Six events, six All-Bluegrass Mountain Conference swims in 2017 BMC meet
- Victories in the 800 Freestyle Relay (7:19.50) and the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:22.65)
- Third in the BMC 200 Freestyle Relay (1:33.41)
- Sixth in three events: the 1000 Freestyle (10:26.10), the 500 Freestyle (5:00.91) and the 200 Freestyle (1:51.33)
2015-16 (FRESHMAN)
- Earned All-American laurels in the 800 Freestyle Relay as a first-year Bulldog
- All-Bluegrass Mountain Conference in the same relay event
- Swam six different individual events as a freshman
- At BMC championship meet, swam personal-best times in the 100 Freestyle (52.20) and the 200 Freestyle (1:52.94)
- At the NCAA meet, posted a new career-low in the 500 Freestyle (5:03.02)
- Notched personal-bests in the 100 and 200 Butterfly and the 200 Backstroke earlier in the season
