Biography
2012-13: Jasmine Arzadon earned All-American honors in the 200 Medley Relay during the NCAA championships in Birmingham. In the 15th annual Bluegrass Mountain Conference Swimming Championships, she recorded three times which landed in Wingate’s all-time top five. Her time in the 50 Freestyle (24.21), the 100 Backstroke (58.59) and the 100 Butterfly (57.26) are all personal bests. Arzadon was a member of Wingate’s BMC champion 200 Medley Relay quartet. She was also an All-BMC performer in the 100 Butterfly, helping Wingate win the team title. Arzadon received CSCAA Scholar All-American first team distinction (

2011-12: As a true freshman, Arzadon earned All-BMC honors in the 200 Medley Relay. The Bulldogs were third in the BMC 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:46.23. Arzadon swam a personal-best 2:09.74 in the 2012 BMC championships 200 Backstroke. She was an honorable mention CSCAA Scholar All-American.
Personal: Jasmine Arzadon was the team captain of South County's swim team for one year. She led her team to their first VHSL District Championship. Arzadon was a VHSL District/Regional/State qualifier for all four years. She holds school records in the 100 Backstroke and 100 Butterfly. Arzadon has qualified for PVS Senior Championships as well as USA Swimming Speedo Sectionals. Jasmine is the daughter of
Ray Arzadon and
Exie Arzadon.
