2014-15: Laura Brannan was a Bluegrass Mountain Conference finalist in the 1000 and 1650 Freestyle events for the third year in a row. At the 2015 BMC event, she also qualified for the 500 Freestyle. Brannan placed 11th in the 1650 Free (18:10.97) and 12th in the 1000 Free (11:01.44). She also completed the 500 Free with a time of 5:19.10 to take 23rd place at the BMC meet. Brannan swam a personal best in 200 Freestyle at the December SCAD Invite. As Brannan enters her senior year, she will continue to make a big impact in the Bulldogs’ distance free events.

2013-14: Brannan swam a career-best 2:00.69 in the 200 Freestyle at the ninth annual SCAD College Invitational in Savannah, Ga. Dec. 5. She opened her season with a top time of 58.60 in the 100 Freestyle at the Quad Meet in Charlotte, N.C.

2012-13: Brannan displayed her versatility, spending her freshman year swimming in four Freestyle events, three Backstroke events and two Butterfly events. She achieved two of her season-best times at the 15th annual BMC Swimming Championships. Brannan posted a 5:12.36 in the 500 Freestyle and an 18:10.72 in the 1650 Freestyle. She received All-BMC honors in the 1650 Freestyle. At the hyper-competitive All-North Carolina Invitational, she recorded a 30.72 in the 50 Backstroke and a 2:24.88 in the 200 Butterfly.
