2014: Matthew Barrier hit played in 26 games as a senior, starting nine contests...Hit .209 with two doubles, four RBI and five runs scored, adding a sacrifice...Had an RBI and a run scored in season-opening win against Saint Augustine's...Went one-for-one with an RBI in SAC win over Anderson...Scored a pair of runs in Limestone win...Had a double and a run scored against Erskine.

2013: Appeared in 20 games during his junior season, starting two contests...Hit .300 with two doubles, two homers, seven RBI and three runs scored...Went four-for-six with three RBI against Lenoir-Rhyne...Had a homer and two RBI at Anderson...Went two-for-three with a homer against Brevard.

2012: Matthew Barrier appeared in 13 games during his sophomore year at Wingate. He hit .364, going four-for-11 with two doubles and five runs scored. He went one-for-two with a run scored at Lenoir-Rhyne. Barrier was one-for-one with a double and a run scored against Winston-Salem State, while also going one-for-one with a double and run scored against Limestone. 

2011:  Barrier made four starts during his freshman season, while appearing in 20 contests for the Bulldogs. He hit .296 on the season, with a double, homer, four RBI and seven runs scored. Barrier had a .367 on-base percentage and .444 slugging percentage as a freshman.
