2016: Rachel Truslow appeared in 30 matches during her junior season at Wingate, collecting 72 digs to go along with a kill and an ace…Had four digs in the Coker sweep while collecting six digs in the Carson-Newman sweep…Registered five digs against defending national champion Wheeling Jesuit…Back-to-back four-dig efforts at LMU and Carson-Newman…Had six digs against Queens in the NCAA Tournament.

2015: Truslow appeared in 30 matches during her sophomore season at Wingate, making one start…Piled up 107 digs on the year, averaging 1.51 digs per set while adding 12 assists and three aces…Collected four digs in two sets against UNCP, followed by a six-dig effort against Erskine…Piled up seven digs against Mars Hill, while notching six digs at Brevard…Registered back-to-back nine-dig performances at Catawba and Queens, while notching eight digs against Newberry and 10 digs against Anderson…Collected 11 digs against Lenoir-Rhyne in the SAC title match.

2014: Truslow appeared in 11 matches during her first season at Wingate, playing 14 sets for the Bulldogs…Registered nine digs and an ace on the year…Had three digs and an assist at Coker…Followed with a three-dig effort against Mars Hill…Registered an ace against Brevard.
 
Previous: Truslow was all-conference and All-Union County player on the Weddington High school team coached by Carrie Powell...will follow in the footsteps of graduating senior Allison Rickher, who was also a standout player at Weddington for Powell...Was in the top 10 percent of her graduating class, was a member of the national honor society, beta club, and Spanish honor society...Was a North Carolina Scholar, graduated with Highest Honors...Was also a successful softball player before committing full-time to volleyball...Was the libero on the highly successful Carolina Union Volleyball Club, coached by Jim Zorn and former Wingate assistant coach Brendon Osmer...Played a key role as the libero in the Carolina Union Volleyball Club for the past five years.
