Biography
2007: Tracy Wilkinson appeared in 12 games for the Bulldogs during the 2007 season. She collected 12 digs and five aces in those games. Wilkinson had five digs and an ace in Wingate’s 3-0 win over Queens. She had two digs and two aces in the 3-0 win over St. Augustine’s.
High School: Tracy Wilkinson was a member of volleyball and softball teams at Hickory High School. Hickory High is a perennial power in N.C. volleyball circles. Wilkinson’s high school coach was Katy Coleman. An All-Conference performer and team captain in both sports, Wilkinson was the MVP of her softball team at Hickory. She played club volleyball for the Hickory Hammers. Tracy is the daughter of Don and Debbie Wilkinson.
Coach Collier: “Because of her exceptional effort and determination, Tracy has been a truly inspirational player in our program for the last year. She is the only player I have ever had here who arrived at school un-recruited, went through a tryout, and formally made the roster. Tracy is a great success story within our team, for sure.”
