Drew Graduated from Gardner Webb in 2022. Prior to coming to Wingate he worked as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Summit School in Winston Salem

Mintz joined the staff this year as a part-time assistant strength and conditioning coach. He is responsible for our Men's Rugby team.
