"Today was a great way to get our Thanksgiving holiday started," Wingate head women's basketball coach
Ann Hancock says. "I thought we did a good job of taking their punch and responding positively. We did a nice job of keeping them off the free throw line and getting to the line and converting. It was great to have graduate student guard
Amber Neely (Charlotte, N.C.) and sophomore guard
Courtney Robinson (Taylors, S.C.) healthy."
