Newberry, S.C.----The fifth-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs picked up their second SAC win in three days Wednesday afternoon, rolling to a 6-1 victory at Newberry College in South Atlantic Conference men's tennis action. Wingate improves to 6-1 overall and 2-0 in league play with a perfect 6-0 mark against Division II opponents.  

DOUBLES

- Daniel Belsito and Josep Canyadell won 6-3 at one doubles
- Enrico Giacomini teamed with Roy Stepanov for a 6-4 victory at two doubles
- Matthew Jones and Duncan Addison added a 6-4 win at three doubles
- Wingate took a 1-0 lead to singles play

SINGLES

- Jones picked up a 7-5, 5-7, 6-4 victory at two singles
- Canyadell won 6-3, 7-5 at three singles
- Stepanov registered a 6-4, 7-5 victory at number four singles
- Tolunay Sumer prevailed 6-1, 6-2 at five singles
- Giacomini won 6-1, 7-5 at number six singles
