Sparks, Md.----The seventh-ranked Rollins College Tars scored the final five goals of the game Wednesday afternoon, pulling away for a 16-6 victory over Wingate University in NCAA Division II women's lacrosse action. The Tars improve to 7-0 overall, while Wingate falls to 2-5 on the season.

Hannah Ashton's goal put RC on top 11-4
- Akers scored off a Kamer assist at the 14:18 mark, while Kamer's goal 30 seconds later made it 11-6
- Rollins scored the final five goals over the last 11 minutes, getting a pair of Ashton goals in the spurt
