Mars Hill, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs swept a doubleheader at Mars Hill University Saturday afternoon in South Atlantic Conference baseball action, pushing their winning streak to seven while also winning their seventh straight league game. Wingate won the opener 8-5, while prevailing 6-5 in game two to improve to 22-9 overall and 9-3 in the SAC. The Lions fall to 12-18 overall and 2-12 in league play.

- Llewellyn followed with the go-ahead RBI double to left center, plating Bryant to give Wingate a 6-5 lead
- Dula retired the side in order in the bottom of the frame

- Dula got the win to move to 1-0 on the year in addition to his four saves
- He retired all four batters he faced, striking out one
- Dula has not allowed a run in his last 11 outings, lowering his ERA to 1.26 on the year
