Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs led for over 35 minutes Saturday afternoon, leading by as many 26 points en route to a dominant 92-75 victory over Tusculum University in South Atlantic Conference men's basketball action in Cuddy Arena. Wingate wins its fourth straight, improving to 8-2 overall and 5-2 in the SAC. The Pioneers fall to 5-4 overall and 5-2 in league play.

- Two Legiste free throws in the final seconds cut Wingate's halftime lead to 17 at 50-33
SECOND HALF
- A Nixon bucket and Roberts three-point play pushed the lead back to 22 just over two minutes in
- Buckets from Nixon and Elmore made it 61-38 at the 16:54 mark
- A Jacob Hobbs bucket at the 12:48 mark cut the lead to 12
- Pringle's jumper capped a 5-0 run that made it 70-53 with 10:55 to go
- The 'Dogs went on a 10-0 run to build a 26-point advantage
- Wilson started it with back-to-back threes; Elmore's bucket at the 7:39 mark made it 80-54
- The lead never went below 12 the rest of the way
