Wingate, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs jumped out to a 12-0 halftime lead Sunday afternoon, rolling to a 14-3 victory over Lincoln Memorial University in South Atlantic Conference women's lacrosse action at Graham Gill Field. Wingate improves to 6-2 overall and 5-2 in the SAC, while the Railsplitters fall to 2-4 overall and 2-3 in league play.

FIRST HALF
- The first Wingate goal came from Blakely less than a minute in
- Cifolilli scored the second goal of the game la minute later, making it 2-0
- Goals from Plotts and Ruiz pushed the lead to 4-0
- Plotts scored her second goal of the game, extending the lead five with 22:45 left to play in the half
- Back-to-back Plotts goals made it 7-0 at the 18:40 mark
- Blakely scored twice in a 40-second span to give the 'Dogs a 10-goal lead
- Knowles scored with 5:24 remaining to make it 11-0
- The sophomore scored the final goal of the half with 3:13 remaining
SECOND HALF
- Lincoln Memorial's first goal of the game came with 17:10 left to play, making it 12-1
- Goals from Plotts and Kamer gave Wingate a 14-1 lead with 13:38 to go
- LMU scored the final two goals of the contest to make the final margin 14-3
