Wingate and Queens play to 3-3 draw in SAC opener

Charlotte, N.C.-----The Wingate University Bulldogs allowed two goals in the final 20 minutes of regulation Wednesday night, giving up a 3-1 second half lead en route to a 3-3 draw at Queens University in the South Atlantic Conference opener. Wingate moves to 2-2-1 overall and 0-0-1 in SAC play, while the Royals move to 1-1-1 overall and 0-0-1 in league play.

- Wingate held a 7-6 advantage on shots on goal
- The two teams combined for 36 fouls and five yellow cards

- Devin Scully scored his first-career goal for the Bulldogs
