Hartsville, S.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs had 12 different players score Wednesday night, shooting 52 percent from the field and knocking down 15 threes en route to a dominant 90-56 victory at Coker University in South Atlantic Conference men's basketball action. Wingate improves to 12-4 overall and 8-4 in the SAC, while the Cobras fall to 3-10 overall and 3-7 in league play.

FIRST HALF

- Wingate used a 12-0 run to take a 14-4 lead just over five minutes in
- Elmore and Nixon each knocked down two triples in the quick spurt
- Elmore's three at the 12:21 mark pushed the lead to 11
- The 'Dogs went on an 11-1 run to take a 28-10 advantage with 6:44 to go
- A Cottingham layup and triple started the flurry; Nixon's three capped the spurt to put WU on top by 18
- Another 10-0 run extended the advantage to 26 with under three minutes left
- Cottingham and Wilson each hit a three in the spurt; Elmore's bucket capped it, making it 40-14
- Wilson's jumper with a minute left made it 42-18; A Raymond Bellamy bucket pulled Coker within 22 at halftime

SECOND HALF

- Elmore's three in the opening minute quickly pushed the lead back to 25
- A Williams Onyeodi three-point play cut the lead below 20 with 17 minutes left
