Limestone strikes late to claim SAC Tournament title

Charlotte, N.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs fell in the 2022 South Atlantic Conference women's soccer championship game on Sunday afternoon after Limestone University scored in the 76th minute to claim the title at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte in the women's soccer tournament championship match. The Saints improve to 12-3-2 overall, while the Bulldogs drop to 11-4-4 on the season.
