WINGATE, N.C. – The Wingate University Athletic Department will honor four members of its 2021 Sports Hall of Fame class at a luncheon on Monday, April 25, in LaVerne Banquet Hall.

Inductees that will be on hand for the recognition include swimmer Gus Chagas ('10), tennis player Juan Diaz ('71), swimmer Mason Norman ('10) and soccer player Junior Nyemb ('10). Fellow inductees in softball player Hallie Pettigrew ('10) and lacrosse player Bryan Safarik ('07) will be recognized at a later date.
