Greensboro, N.C.----Wingate University senior
Kate Agger earned her second first team All-American trophy in as many 2022 tries, finishing seventh in the women's 200 Freestyle in the NCAA Division II swimming and diving championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center Thursday night. Agger recorded a championship finals time of 1:50.17.
The Bulldogs posted four honorable mention All-American swims, led by the men's 400 Medley Relay quartet. Wingate finished 10th with a time of 3:13.29, the fourth-best 400 Medley Relay performance in Bulldog history. Team members included juniors

The Wingate women's 400 Medley Relay squad finished 15th with a time of 3:45.37. Team members included fifth-year senior

Marcel Snitko joined the two Bulldog relay teams with Thursday night honorable mention All-American swims. Marcos finished 15th in the men's 400 Individual Medley with a collegiate personal-best time of 3:55.34. Snitko was 13th in the men's 200 Freestyle, thanks to his time of 1:37.06.
On the team leader boards, the Wingate men are ninth with 87 points. The Bulldog women are 11th with 68 points. NCAA meet host Queens University of Charlotte leads the way on both the women's and the men's team charts.

The Bulldogs return to the pool Friday for preliminaries at 10 a.m. Finals begin at 6 p.m.
