Wingate, N.C.----The top-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs scored double-digit runs for the eighth time this season Friday night, rolling to a 14-3 victory over visiting Anderson University in South Atlantic Conference baseball action at Ron Christopher Stadium. Wingate improves to 15-2 overall and 4-0 in the SAC, while the Trojans fall to 13-2 overall and 0-1 in league play.

- Clark crushed a two-run shot to left center later in the frame to put WU on top 3-1
SECOND INNING
- Williams-Rhem led off the bottom of the second with a walk
- He scored on Guy's RBI double to left to make it 4-1
- Motsinger's RBI single plated Guy to give Wingate a four-run lead
THIRD INNING
- A Nick Vella RBI single brought the Trojans within three in the top of the third
SIXTH INNING
- A Jaxon Young sacrifice fly in the top of the sixth made it 5-3
- The 'Dogs answered with five runs in the bottom of the frame
- Dansky started the scoring with an RBI single
- Clark drew a bases-loaded walk to give Wingate a 7-3 advantage
- A two-run single from Farris extended the lead to six
- McKay's RBI single capped the scoring in the frame, making it 10-3
EIGHTH INNING
- The Bulldogs plated four more runs in the eighth
- A Clark double and back-to-back walks started the inning
- Guy's RBI single plated the first run of the frame, while Clark scored on a passed ball to make it 12-3
- Motsinger followed with an RBI double to put the Bulldogs on top by 10
