Wingate, N.C.----Seaver King blasted a grand slam, while Mitch Farris turned in another huge night on the mound and at the plate as #2 Wingate University scored the final nine runs of the night to prevail 10-5 over Belmont Abbey in NCAA Division II baseball action at Ron Christopher Stadium. Wingate improves to 34-5 overall, while the Crusaders fall to 25-15 on the year.

- Williams-Rhem followed with a single, then went to second on Guy's sacrifice
- Motsinger's RBI single put the Bulldogs on top 7-5

- King ripped a one-out double to right center
- Guy's RBI single plated King to give Wingate a three-run cushion
