#2 Bulldogs plate 25 runs in doubleheader sweep at Tusculum

Greeneville, Tenn.----The second-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs piled up 25 runs on 31 hits Friday afternoon, sweeping a doubleheader at Tusculum University in South Atlantic Conference baseball action at Tusculum University. Wingate won the opener 20-6, while prevailing 5-4 in game two to improve to 37-5 overall and 17-2 in the SAC. The Pioneers fall to 16-25 overall and 5-15 in league play.
