Wingate, N.C.----Wingate University senior
Bobby Padden became the program's all-time leader in career points Saturday afternoon, as the sixth-ranked Bulldogs dominated their way to a 19-2 victory over Lincoln Memorial University on Senior Day at Graham Gill Field. Wingate improves to 9-2 overall and 6-1 in the South Atlantic Conference, while the Railsplitters drop to 4-9 overall and 1-5 in league play.

FIRST PERIOD
- The 'Dogs jumped on the Railsplitters in the early going, scoring seven unanswered goals to start the game
- Lingasin recorded the first two before McMahon and Padden added scores within 20 seconds of each other
- WU All-Americans Grieco, Vodovnik and Riley scored back-to-back-to-back goals to give the 'Dogs a 7-0 lead after 12 minutes
- LMU got on the board at the 2:17 mark
- Padden added a goal for the record with five seconds to go in the period as the Bulldogs took an 8-1 lead
SECOND PERIOD
- Wingate blanked LMU in the second period 7-0
- Thompson, Vodovnik and Riley scored in the first five minutes

- Vodovnik and Grieco piled on to give the 'Dogs a 15-1 lead at the break

- Cottage scored the first two goals to extend the Wingate lead

- Mahle added his first-career goal, as Wingate took a 19-1 lead after three periods
