Sumter, S.C.----The third-seeded and 30th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs won the doubles point Saturday morning at the 2022 South Atlantic Conference men's tennis championship match, but the top-seeded and 18th-ranked Queens University Royals responded by going 4-0 in singles play to claim the tournament title with a 4-1 victory. Queens improves to 15-4 overall, while the Bulldogs fall to 13-8 on the season.

SINGLES
- The Royals won in straight sets at two, three and six singles to take a 3-1 lead

Edis Nokic won set two 6-2 at five singles after dropping set one, but a 6-4 set three win for the Royals clinched the match
- Walcher won the first set 7-5 at one singles against the SAC Player of the Year
- The match was in the second set when Queens clinched the win
